Our Art Therapy and Drama Therapy programs offer employees a creative, engaging way to process emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen workplace relationships — all in a safe, supportive environment.

Art Therapy

 Art Therapy uses creative expression — drawing, painting, collage, or sculpture — to help individuals explore thoughts and feelings they may not easily express in words.

  • No artistic skill required — it’s about process, not perfection
  • Helps reduce stress, improve mood, and increase self-awareness
  • Can be done individually or in groups
  • Sessions guided by a trained facilitator to ensure a safe, judgement-free space

Drama Therapy
