Developed by internationally recognised wellbeing expert, Dr. Darren Morton, the Lift Project explores 10 mental wellbeing-enhancing topics over 10 weeks of fun and simple guided online sessions.

As the endorsed provider of The Lift Project, Laisha is the first in Malaysia to offer this unique programme that will help your employees feel good and function effectively. This programme draws together the findings from over 300 studies, which is proven to enhance performance while keeping day-to-day stressors at bay. 

Most importantly, each weekly session is also enhanced with the personal guidance of Laisha’s resident Lifestyle Medicine Physician. This includes discussion of next steps, group sharing and Q&As for better understanding and improved impact.
