In fact, with proper intervention and a strategic plan, certain diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol can be addressed and managed effectively – or potentially prevented altogether.

Laisha’s Lifestyle Consultation is both holistic and preventive in nature, focusing on 6 core components of lifestyle, including:

  • Nutrition
  • Physical Activity
  • Sleep health
  • Stress Management
  • Emotional Wellness
  • Risky Substance Avoidance

This approach, combined with the expertise of our lifestyle physician, enables Laisha to develop a customised personal health plan that will be easy to follow and practise. We always keep your preference, commitment level and health condition in mind for transformative and sustainable results.

  • Starts with an initial blood screening and a complete understanding of your health history
  • We provide 2 consultation plans, based on your needs:
    • Starter – assessment of Nutrition + any one other lifestyle component
    • Total – assessment of all 6 core lifestyle components
  • We will formulate a personalised care plan to help achieve your health and wellness goals
  • Add-ons such as a Follow-up Plan is available with additional coaching, progress review, challenge mitigation and fine-tuning of existing plan
  • Follow-up Plans are available from 1 to 3 months, and are designed to empower you to follow-through on lifestyle changes and experience sustainable, long-term results
