Dr.Lawaniah was invited by the HSBC Diversity & Inclusion ERG team to give a talk to bank-wide staff on Improve Immunity and Mental Health with Lifestyle Changes during Pandemic. Her presentation was an eye opener for the audience as she focused on the root causes leading to mental wellbeing issues that many faces during the continuous lockdowns. An expert who is able to explain and engage the audience with many quick tips and able to make the context to be very much relevant with current scenarios.
