Instead, it should be a continuous series of holistic approaches to constantly educate and also organize engaging activities to ensure your employee’s physical and mental health as well as emotional wellness is taken care of
A retreat is a way of disconnecting from the regular hustle of a stressful life. At Laisha Active Life, we have formulated an educational health retreat program with the aim of promoting health and well-being. It is a quick getaway that helps your employees unwind from their hectic work life, providing them with a zen respite of peace and harmony in addition to advocating about healthy living which they can readily incorporate upon attending the program.

Objectives
The aspiration of the Wellness Warrior program is to focus on overall health, both physical and mental by providing a holistic wellness experience. By the end of this program, participants would have understood and experienced practical and sustainable healthy living tips that are beneficial in their daily lives. Activity 1 : Guess Who Am I
Communication is an important aspect of a healthy relationship and social connectedness. During this session, you will realise how quick we are to make judgements and how non-verbal cues as body language and reactions can actually affect our communications. Participants will also learn how to become an active listener.
Activity 2: Risk Line-Up Game
There are many lifestyle choices we make every day without realizing whether it is really beneficial or harmful to us. During this game, you will discover how lifestyle habits can either increase or decrease our risks for lifestyle-related diseases.
Activity 3: My Love for Food
Eating a healthy and balanced meal is one of the most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. This session will provide participants with insights of healthy eating in a relaxed manner and debunk the common nutrition and diet myths.
Activity 4: Meal Marvel & Healthy Dining on The Go
During this session, participants will learn how to make healthy choices when dining out. Participants will also learn easy and practical tips of eating healthy meals in a busy schedule.
Activity 5: Sweat, Smile, Repeat
Being physically active is important for optimal health. Patients will discover how physical activity plays a role for a healthy life and the different types of physical activities. In addition, they will also learn simple exercises that they can do at workplace.
Activity 6: Work Your Balance (Yoga/Zumba)
Yoga is a powerful practice for improving balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. In this session, participants will learn how yoga can enhance physical and emotional well-being by promoting better posture, reducing stress, and improving body awareness. Through a series of poses and breathing techniques, participants will also experience how yoga fosters relaxation and inner balance.
Activity 7: Beat My Stress
Most people undergo some form of stress at every phase of life. Participants will do a questionnaire to understand how different situations affect our feelings and identify their own perceived stress. They will also do an individual activity to discover their own individual stressors.
Activity 8: Tension Tamers
Participants will learn the different stress-coping techniques that are backed by evidence. They will also learn practical stress coping techniques that they can readily incorporate in the daily lives.
Activity 9: Dropping Suitcases of Worries & Regrets
Guided Imagery is a convenient and simple relaxation Technique that can help you quickly and easily manage stress and reduce tension in your body. This session will let participants experience guided imagery to get into state of relaxation.
Activity 9: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
Participants will play a game which will give them insights into the different ways humans are affected by sleep. Participants will also learn how to create a safe and sound sleep environment for quality sleep.
