Dr.Lawaniah was invited by the HSBC Diversity & Inclusion ERG team to give a talk to bank-wide staff on Improve Immunity and Mental Health with Lifestyle Changes during Pandemic. Her presentation was an eye opener for the audience as she focused on the root causes leading to mental wellbeing issues that many faces during the continuous lockdowns. An expert who is able to explain and engage the audience with many quick tips and able to make the context to be very much relevant with current scenarios. Dr.Lawaniah also very knowledgeable in healthy eating and balanced diet; which makes her session as a comprehensive package when it comes to health and wellbeing.

Dr Lawaniah facilitated a 90 minutes session for all our Four Seasons employees on the topic of Dealing with Stress for Better health. This session was insightful and engaging.
